The vicious monster of energy Killing comes from east Jutland, Denmark. Formed
late 2013, with the sole purpose of writing uncompromising thrash metal, as in the good old days. For fans of Slayer, Exodus, Kreator, and Metallica.
Debut album “Face The Madness” will be released in digital, LP, and CD formats by Mighty Music on 13th August 2021.

I just found these guys and after celebrating Fearsick I immediately came here and had to buy this as well. It might eben be better than Fearsick but who cares. Both are phenomenally good. Old schoolish perfection with powerful modern production. Every song is a fucking killer.

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album.

I've gotten myself into GR by first getting their last album, then decided to give this one a go too. Atoms divide, life decays, seems we are into nuclear explosions here, that is how GR feels, a powerful and fast blitz and stormy riffs and groovy hardcorish - thrashy blasts. Highly recommended for all thrash lovers out there. Toxic Holocaust does come in mind, true that, Wraith, Municipal Waste fans should love this !
